What to include
If you are contacting us about an account, meal, report, privacy request, or support issue, include enough detail for us to understand the request. Please do not include sensitive information unless it is necessary.
Delete your OpenToBites account
You can delete your OpenToBites account in the app by going to your account/profile area and choosing Delete account.
You can also request account deletion by emailing admin@opentobites.com with the subject line “Delete my OpenToBites account.”
Please email us from the same email address used for your OpenToBites account, or include enough information for us to verify the account.
When your account is deleted, we delete or anonymize account profile information, meal posts, join requests, device tokens, and subscription entitlement records where no longer required.
Some records may be retained where needed for safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or enforcement of our Terms, including reports, blocks, moderation records, and transaction records. These retained records are kept only as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes.
